To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31 2024 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations. 2. All other matters as per Agenda of the Board Meeting and any other matter as the Board may pursue and decide during the course of meeting with the permission of the Chairman.
