S.P. Gidugu & Co. Based on the shareholders approval through postal ballot the Board decided to conduct a meeting of Board of Directors on Monday the January 6 2025 at registered office to consider and approve inter alia the un-audited financial results of the quarters June 2023 September 2023 December 2023 respectively and audited financial results March 2024.
