BANAS FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1.To consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 and 2.To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further in continuation of our letter dated 28th December 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the Stock Exchanges.
