In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons pursuant to SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results.
