BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd was founded as Bell South Enterprises on November 15, 1995. It is led by Babulal Shermal Jain. • Initially, the company traded in computer software, hardware, and peripherals, all of which have a wide range of applications in both personal and professional settings. The manufacturing covers computer systems such as PC/AT/486, Pentium, LAN, and Notebooks, as well as conventional computer software and peripherals such as multimedia, LAN cards, and fax-modem printers. 
• The first infrastructure project, BSEL Tech Park, was completed in the fiscal year 2004–05. During the year, the company established a wholly owned subsidiary, BSEL Infrastructure Realty (FZE), in the UAE to extend its commercial operations globally.
• During 2006-07, the business formed strategic collaborations with Unity Infraprojects Ltd to create six retail malls in various sites around Nagpur.
• They have formed a joint venture with Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd and Unity Infraprojects Ltd to create a hotel and commercial project in Pune.
• In March 2007, the company's fully owned subsidiary, BSEL Infrastructure Realty FZE, signed a deal to acquire three sites on the major Emirates Road Ajman in Emirates City to develop residential buildings.

• In November 2007, Clear Water Capital Partners (Cyprus) Ltd acquired a 49% investment in the SPV Company founded by BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd in an equal joint venture with Unity Realty and Developers Ltd and Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd.
• In February 2008, BSEL Infrastructure Realty Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of BSEL Infrastructure Realty FZE, was established in Singapore. In May 2008, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), a statutory body of the Federal Government. Under this agreement, BSEL committed to invest RM 15,000,000,000, equivalent to Rs 18,000 crores, in Iskandar Malaysia over twelve years.
