CALIFORNIA SOFTWARE CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the captioned matter and in-principle approvals received from NSE and BSE Limited towards the proposed Rights Issue of upto Rs. 4990 Lakhs (Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Lakhs Only) to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of our Company this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday January 07 2025 inter alia: 1. To fix the Issue price for the proposed Rights Issue of the Company. 2. To consider and approve the number of equity shares to be issued on a rights basis and the Rights Entitlement. 3. To consider and fix the Record Date for the proposed Rights Issue of the Company. 4. To consider approve and adopt the Letter of Offer Abridged Letter of Offer and other allied matters in relation to the proposed Rights Issue of the Company. 5.
