Capital India Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & nine months period ended on December 31 2024. Further in continuation to our letter vide Ref. No.: CIFL/BSE/2024-25/50 dated December 26 2024 regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from January 01 2025 and will continue to remain closed till February 16 2025 (both days inclusive) for its Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives for prevention of insider trading.
