CENTURY EXTRUSIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations 2015) this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday the 11th February 2025 inter alia as follows: (i) to consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2024. (ii) In terms of Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended the Board of Directors of the Company will consider raising of funds by way of Rights Issue as per applicable provisions thereof.
