To consider proposal of Fund Raising through Issue of Shares /Share Warrants on the basis of preferential allotment in accordance with the provision of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2018 as amended; 2. To fix date time and venue of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for approval of Preferential Issue; 3.Any other matter with the permission of Chairman. The Board Meeting to be held on 17/12/2024 has been revised to 14/12/2024 Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 now stands rescheduled. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, inter-alia, to consider the matters as contained in the previous intimation.
