Dalmia Bharat Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024 and other business matters. Further in continuation of our letter dated December 25 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Companys code for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024.
