To take note of Resignation of Mr. Ashish Kumar Purohit as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. closure of the business hours on February 28 2025; 2. To approve appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. start of the business hours on March 01 2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
