Board of Fischer Medical Ventures approves change in CFO

The Board of Fischer Medical Ventures at its meeting held on 13 November 2024 has approved the appointment of Vivek Balasubramanian as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 13 November 2024. The Board accepted the resignation of Dilip Suryakant Jha who resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 12 November 2024.
