Further the Company confirms that as per Clause V of the Companys Internal Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the designated persons covered under the said code of the Company from Friday 07th February 2025 to Thursday 13th February 2025 (both days inclusive).
