(IST) through video conferencing mode deemed to be held at the registered office of the Company inter alia to consider and approve: 1. The Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. We further inform you that the trading window of the Company is already closed w.e.f. closing of trading hours of BSE on December 31 2024 which shall continue to remain closed and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations.
