Godrej Properties consolidated net profit declines 18.94% in the March 2025 quarter

Net profit of Godrej Properties declined 18.94% to Rs 381.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 471.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 48.78% to Rs 2121.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 1426.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit rose 93.02% to Rs 1399.89 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 725.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 62.17% to Rs 4922.84 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 3035.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
