To consider the increase in Authorised Share Capital of the company and consequent alteration of Memorandum of Association subject to the approval of members. 3. To consider the fund Raising by way of further public issue Right issue Debt issue Preferential issue or any other mode / method as the board may deem fit subject to the approval of the members. 4.
