To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/Nine Months ended on 31st December 2024. Further in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed on Wednesday January 01 2025 and shall continue to remain close till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting of the Board Meeting.
