ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons the trading window to deal in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 1 2025 to January 23 2025 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Persons of the Company (including Directors) and their immediate relatives.
