About India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd
On October 26, 1998, India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd was formed as a Public Limited Company under the name 'Satyaprakash Housing Finance India Limited'. The Registrar of Companies of Madhya Pradesh gave the firm a Certificate for Commencement of Business on November 18, 1998, in Gwalior. The Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh at Gwalior issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 8, 2010, when the Company changed its name from 'Satyaprakash Housing Finance India Limited' to 'India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited. India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd share price depends on various factors to set India Shelter share price target. The National Housing Bank (NHB) gave the Company a Certificate of Registration on September 14, 2010, allowing it to operate as a housing finance organisation without receiving public deposits. The firm is a retail home financing company that operates 183 locations across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat, as well as a scalable technological infrastructure. The company has a presence in states that account for roughly 94% of India's affordable home finance market. The company uses technology and analytics throughout its operations and the whole client life cycle, including onboarding, underwriting, asset quality monitoring, collections, and customer support. The company has implemented a paperless approach to client acquisition and onboarding, utilising mobile technologies at various phases of the financing process. The iSales app combines, streamlines, and optimises the client acquisition process, while the IndiaShelter iCredit application simplified underwriting. By integrating digital solutions and personal engagement, the company increases overall sales and efficiency while sustaining client connections. The company launched IndiaShelter iServe, an application solution meant to resolve complaints and inquiries from existing clients online. Aside from this, the company features an integrated customer relationship management and loan management system that is built on a cloud-based platform and provides consumers with connection and real-time information. They can use IT systems to boost production, minimise turnaround times, and lower transaction costs. It has implemented major components of loan operations, such as client acquisition, underwriting, collateral appraisal, legal evaluation, and collections. This enables consumers to contact us directly, shortens turnaround times, promotes client retention, and reduces the danger of fraudulent activity. The underwriting procedures are tailored to assess the creditworthiness of the low and middle-income segments, resulting in data-centric and iterative processes. The Company has distinct verticals for underwriting client creditworthiness, collateral legal verification, and collateral value that operate in tandem and are independent of one another. The Individual Promoter acquired the Company in 2009. In 2010, the company began operations by launching its first branch in Rajasthan. In 2016, the company expanded its geographical reach by opening its first branch in Southern India, in Karnataka State. In 2023, the Asset Under Management (AUM) exceeded Rs 4,359.4 crore.
