INDIAN LINK CHAIN MANUFACTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The above intimation is in connection and continuation with the intimation submitted with exchange on 28th December 2024. In accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 amended w.e.f 01st April 2019 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20 and connecting clarifications the trading window of the Company has remained closed w.e.f 01st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results of Quarter Ended 31st December 2024 for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
