Jana Small Finance Bank allots 28,376 equity shares under ESOP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 28,376 equity shares under ESOP on 20 December 2024. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 104713954 shares of Rs. 10 each to 104742329 shares of Rs. 10 each.
