Board of JK Tyre & Industries approves acquisition of additional stake in Treel Mobility Solutions

The Board of JK Tyre & Industries at its meeting held on 04 February 2025 has approved increase in thecCompany's stake in Treel Mobility Solutions (TREEL), an associate Company from 26% to 66% of the equity share capital of TREEL.
