JK Tyre & Industries announced that Kalpataru Tripathy (DIN - 00865794) and Vimal Bhandari (DIN - 00001318), Independent Directors, ceased to be Directors of the Company with effect from 25 September 2024, upon completion of their respective tenures as Independent Directors, on 24 September 2024.
