JMJ Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal of raising funds by issue of equity shares to eligible equity shareholders on a Rights basis in accordance with the Companies Act2013 and the rules framed thereunder the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended and other applicable laws subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required.
