Further as informed earlier vide our letter no. KVL/SEC/2024-25/65 dated 26th December 2024 in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities by the Promoters Promoters group Directors KMPs Connected Person(s) and Designated Person(s) has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024.
