To consider a proposal for alteration in the share capital of the Company by sub-division/split of existing equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up. 2. To consider consequential amendment to the capital clause of Memorandum of Association of Company. 3. Any other business with the permission of the chair which is incidental and ancillary to the business.
