Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 5,417 equity shares under ESOP on 07 November 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 14,51,12,459 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,02,24,918.
