Kopran allots 36,200 equity shares under ESOP

Kopran has allotted 36,200 equity shares under ESOP on 21 January 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 4,82,85,605 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 48,28,56,050/-
