NMDC allots 586.12 cr equity shares under bonus issue

NMDC has today allotted 586,12,11,700 fully paid-up bonus shares of face value of Re 1 each in ratio of 2:1. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 8,79,18,17,550 equity shares of Re 1 each.
