PB Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024 along with the limited review report of the Auditors thereon. In continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 31 2024 we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives till February 01 2025.
