Praj Industries has appointed Dr Pramod Chaudhari (DIN: 00196415) as a Non-Executive Chairman (in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director), not liable to retire by rotation, of the Company for a period of five (5) years with effect from 1 January 2025.
