A proposal to raise funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures under Private Placement Basis; 2. Revision in the terms of 200 existing Unsecured Unlisted Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with the lock in period end date being revised to facilitate early redemption. 3.
