RITES Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2024. In the said meeting Board may consider payment of Third Interim Dividend for the F.Y. 2024-25 if any.
