To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024 along with Audit Report; 2. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chairman. Further; please note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2024, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
