SIS allots 35,398 equity shares under ESOP

SIS has allotted 35,398 equity shares under ESOP on 30 April 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs.722,384,350/- divided into 144,476,870 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
