As informed earlier the Trading Window as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys code for Prevention of Insider Trading is closed from 1st July 2024 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024 i.e. on 17th August 2024.
