Tata Consumer Products updates on Right Issue Allotment

Tata Consumer Products, upon receipt of the application money and in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Special Court, has allotted 55,071 Rights Equity Shares to the eligible applicants on 31 October 2024. Earlier the company has kept 78,761 Rights Equity Shares on abeyance pending regulatory/other clearances.
