TATA TELESERVICES (MAHARASHTRA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday January 23 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. Further as per our earlier intimation letter dated December 24 2024 in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons has been closed from December 25 2024 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
