Thaai Casting Limited was originally formed as a Partnership Firm in the name of 'Thaai Casting' pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated June 02, 2010. Subsequently, Partnership Firm got converted into a Public Limited Company under the name of 'Thaai Casting Limited' and received a Certificate of Incorporation from the RoC, Tamil-Nadu and Andaman at Chennai dated June 12, 2023. The Company is specialised in Pressure Die Casting, precision Machining of both Ferrous and NonFerrous materials, Induction heating & quenching. Currently, it engaged in manufacturing of various auto components including Engine Mounting Support Brackets, Transmission Mounts, Fork Shift and Housing, Armature - Steering Wheel, Electrical Connectors, YFG Base Frame (Right-hand drive side/Left-hand drive side), Housing, Top Cover. The Company operate diverse vertical products in Automobile components, including Engine Mounting Support Brackets, Transmission Mounts, Fork Shift and Housing, Armature - Steering Wheel, Electrical Connectors, YFG Base Frame (Right-hand drive side/Left-hand drive side), Housing, Top Cover, etc. ' Apart from these, Company undertakes steel casting, fabricating, smelting, rolling, and forging of steel and alloy steel billets, as well as all kinds and sizes of re-rolled sections, including flats, angles, rounds, T-iron, squares, hexagons, octagons, rails, joints, channels, steel strips, sheets, plates, deformed bars, plain and cold twisted bars, bright bars, shaftings, and steel structures. Further, the Company is also engaged in the business and processes of die casting, moulding, melting, aluminizing, anodizing, shredding, soldering, wire drawing, beading, boring, drilling, filling, electroplating, nickel plating, metal spraying, welding, lining, threading, screw cutting, punching, grooving, fitting, assembling, painting, finishing, and other related jobs and processes. The Company raised funds through IPO of 47.19 crores and issued 61,29,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each on February 20, 2024. In 2025, Company commissioned one of India's largest Gas Nitriding Furnaces. It has installed Gleason Gear Shaping Machine.
