Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. 2.) To transact any other business with the permission of the chair. In continuation to our letter no. TPL PP 20241202 2024 dated 30th December 2024 for the aforesaid purpose the closure of trading window has been closed from 1st January 2025 which will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
