As informed earlier the trading window in cormpliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015 for transactions in shares of the cormpany is closed frorm 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results by the conpany for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.
