The proposal for purchase of land from the Promoter & Promoter Group. 2. The proposal for treatment of such consideration amount of purchase of land as an unsecured loan on the Company. 3. The terms and conditions for the conversion of the such unsecured loan into equity shares in accordance with Section 62(3) of the Companies Act 2013. 4.
