Zensar Technologies has allotted 43,705 equity shares under ESOP on 10 October 2024. Consequently, on 10 October 2024, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 453,708,282 divided into 226,854,141 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
