Aditya Birla Capital allots 1.48 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1,48,142 equity shares under ESOS on 14 January 2025. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,06,65,48,240 (i.e. 2,60,66,54,824 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
