Anant Raj allots 13.69 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Anant Raj has allotted 13,69,863 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on conversion of warrants into equivalent number of equity shares. Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 68,65,21,232/- consisting of 34,32,60,616 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
