Board of Ashok Leyland recommends Second Interim ``Dividend

Ashok Leyland announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2025, has recommended a Second Interim ``Dividend of Rs.4.25 per share (i.e.425%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
