ASK Automotive fixes record date for final dividend

ASK Automotive has fixed 18 July 2025 as record date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2025. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before 30 August 2025.
