Bharti Airtel appoints Directors

Bharti Airtel has approved the appointment of Rajan Bharti Mittal as an Additional Director in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director with effect from October 28, 2024 in place of Rakesh Bharti Mittal, who has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Bharti Hexacom Limited and has also been nominated on the Board of Indus Towers Limited ('Indus Towers').
