To discuss on seeking approval of the shareholders for the Change of name of the Company. 2. To discuss on seeking approval of the shareholders for alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. 3. To discuss on seeking approval of shareholders for the issuance of share warrants through permissible modes, by way of preferential issue on a private placement basis. 4. To discuss on seeking approval of shareholders for acquisition of majority stake in VARCAS EV SOLUTIONS PRIVAYE LIMITED which belongs to Promoter Group. 5.
