EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 24, 2024 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2025 to February 6, 2025 (both days inclusive) for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
